Many people have approached us about gifts and what we would like, which we are super grateful for!
Having lived together for 5+ years we have already accumulated the traditional things often given to newly weds. Therefore we felt we should list the 3 core things we are actively saving for post our wedding below, and we would love for anyone who wishes to give a gift to support us.
Minimoon
ROME!
We have been super lucky to have been gifted a minimoon to Rome for the week following our wedding, and have booked ourselves into a hotel near the colosseum with a rooftop bar.
We are starting to plan out what we would like to visit and where we want to explore, so if you fancy contributing to our holiday we would love a meal out at a traditional Italian restaurant, or a segway tour of the city, or just some euros to buy some Italian wine! Honeymoon
AMERICA!
A shared passion of ours has always been to travel to America and tour many towns and cities in an RV or on motorcycles.
Due to saving for a house, and then a wedding, our honeymoon has been a second thought for a long time and our piggy bank is still very lightweight!
If you fancy contributing to our journey we would love a meal out at a diner, or a nights stay in a motel, or just some bucks to buy some chicken wings, it would be greatly appreciated 🙂
Renovations
HOME DIY!
As you can see from the picture above, we love working together on DIY projects around the house and transforming a dated room into a space bursting with character.
Next on our DIY list is the renovation of the bedrooms and then we want to transform the downstairs of our house into a big airy space pulling in all the natural sunlight.
Our projects have had to stop whilst we have been saving for the wedding, but once we are married we’re going to get stuck in again! If you’d like to contribute to any part of the projects then we would be most grateful, from faceplates to furniture, or an art installation when we fall in love with one, anything would be most appreciated 🙂
